Hello Readers!

It has been months, and I apologize about that, but i am back, and ready to get working this New Year! I finally got a smart phone, so I am going to try to post a lot more about what i am doing throughout the day, as well as the meals that I eat! And for you do it yourselfers, I have some great decorating/organizing ideas I am extremely excited to share with you all! Lets get this year started off right!

I am currently on day 2 of insanity, and am loving it so far! If you haven’t tried it, i really encourage you to do so, as I have many friends who have success stories from this great workout! 

My current weight is 152.4. In the last couple months I have been slacking in my working out, so I have stayed about the same in weight, fluctuating a little bit of course. As I am sitting here writing this, I have tofu croutons in the oven! (Don’t knock them until you try them, they are a great protein, and of course, HEALTHY :)!) I am putting them over a salad that consists of romaine lettuce mixed with spinach and a Citrus Caesar vinaigrette. I’m really excited! I will post the recipe after! I hope everyone’s new year is going well, I’m very excited about whats in store!
