Ingredients

  • 1 peach, seeded. (I use the bag of frozen fruit from walmart)
  • 1 banana (I slice my banana and put the pieces in the freezer)
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 cup of water
  • handful of ice cubes

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients until mixed well.
  2. Enjoy!

This smoothie makes 1 serving, at 165 calories per serving!
