- AM snack: Veggies with leen greek balsamic dip
- Lunch: Whole wheat bread with natural peanut butter
- PM snack: Apple
- Dinner: Whole wheat pasta with garlic tomato sauce and leen turkey meat balls
I know, I ate a lot of carbs today, but tomorrow is a cardio day, so it will give me extra energy to power through my workout!
