This is a refreshing start to any morning! Add milk or yogurt for a more creamy texture!

Ingredients 

  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Natural Peanut butter
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • handful of ice cubes
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 banana

Directions 

  1. Mix ingredients together in blender until well blended.
  2. Enjoy!
