Yesterday was my first day off, I was planning on running, but I wasn’t feeling too well yesterday (fever) but I am going to run and workout today!

For meals:

Breakfast: leen morning shake
AM Snack: String cheese
Lunch: leen radish salad with left over leen tangy pork chop
PM Snack: 1 piece of bread with banana and peanut butter
Dinner: leen tasty chicken with a side of leen sweet potato chips
