I just got finished with my workout, I ran a total of 25 minutes, ran 2.5 miles with an average pace of 11:15 and burned 235 calories (on the run alone). I also did my arm workout, 2 sets of 12 reps. I think tomorrow I am going to try doing the workout in the morning, as I feel that i have more energy in the A.M!

Here are my meals for the day:

Breakfast: leen morning shake
A.M Snack: apple with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
Lunch: Salad with turkey burger on top (seasoned with just lemon pepper and black cracked pepper) and leen greek salad dressing
P.M Snack: 1/4 cup raisins
Dinner: leen tangy pork chops and leen cucumber salad
