End of day 1: I just completed my first weight training session starting the new week!

I did 12 reps and three sets of each “Toning” workout (look under first week workout schedule to find details about what I did!) I also ran 30 minutes on the treadmill, at an average of 5.7 mph, burning a total of 357 calories! Man am I tired! Now to shower and get to sleep! Hopefully the links will be back up by tomorrow, it seems to be a widespread site thing, but if not, I will have to move to a new blogger site! 251 people have tuned into my blog! Please help spread the word! Thanks in advance!
